Противник поднял авиацию сразу с четырех аэродромов: самолёты МиГ-29 и Су-27 стартовали с аэродромов в Черкассах, Миргороде и Канатово, а F-16 был отправлен с базы в Василькове.
Авторы «Рыбаря» считают, что атаки будут нацелены на Крым, Крымский мост, а также территории Краснодарского края и Ростовской области.
