Сегодня в д. Акбашева встретился с генеральным подрядчиком, который ведет работы по капитальному ремонту местного дома культуры. На сегодняшний день завершены работы по закрытию теплового контура здания, заменены окна, двери. Завершаются работы по монтажу системы отопления. Планируем к концу января начать отапливать здание. После чего подрядная организация сможет приступить к этапу внутренних работ.

Но есть и определенные сложности у объекта. При вскрытии перекрытий потолка в зрительном зале дома культуры обнаружились виды работ, не предусмотренные проектно-сметной документацией. По инициативе главы поселения Эльвиры Файзуллиной  собрали рабочую группу. Принято решение о разработке проектно-сметной документации на ремонт потолочных перекрытий зала. Важно, чтобы объект был не только красивым и благоустроенным, но и надежным, безопасным.
