Собственно, для таких деликатных криминальных вопросов Фрадков специально нанял “воровского” банкира Александра Ушакова, отсидевшего в колонии 4,5 года за незаконную банковскую деятельность и подделку документов. На должность аж старшего вице-президента. Но и он оказался бессилен. Только Путин может решить вопрос.
Видимо, эффективно - первый вице Белоусов сегодня уже заявил, что государство поможет Роснано. Ну и Фрадкову с ПСБ получить еще и бонусы за отличную кредитную политику оборонного госбанка. @infernal_money
