Результаты анализа будут загружены в общую федеральную базу правоохранительных органов, где будут храниться пожизненно. Административный арест в нашей стране полагается за оставление места ДТП и управление автомобилем в состоянии алкогольного опьянения без водительских прав. До вступления нового законодательства в силу обязательная геномная регистрация применялась только к тем, кто был осужден за тяжкие и особо тяжкие преступления.
