В одной из предыдущих статей мы рассказывали про “Последний из бунтов” – протест против принятия поправок в ПВРО и ППСОСИ, которые лишили студмедиа статуса студорганизаций и ввели ограничения на публичные высказывания студентов. Организаторы этого протеста во многом ориентировались на то, что произошло осенью 2018 года – бунт против введения в Вышке блокирующих оценок. Сегодня мы решили вспомнить о тех событиях и рассказать о них тем, кто, возможно, о них никогда не слышал.

He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. As a result, the pandemic saw many newcomers to Telegram, including prominent anti-vaccine activists who used the app's hands-off approach to share false information on shots, a study from the Institute for Strategic Dialogue shows. Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
