او در این دیدار بر پایداری روابط دوجانبه قطر و افغانستان تاکید کرد.
مجاهد در این دیدار قطر را به عنوان یک کشور دوست و همکار برای افغانستان توصیف کرد و بر اهمیت تحکیم روابط پایدار با این کشور تأکید ورزید.
همچنین، دو طرف در خصوص همکاری‌های بیشتر در زمینه‌های اقتصادی، تجارت، تقویت روابط دوجانبه میان دو کشور دوست و مسلمان و سایر موضوعات مرتبط، گفتگو و تبادل نظر کردند.
