Первое серьезное похолодание позволило начать намораживать ледовую переправу через реку Витим. Как сообщил Виктор Номогоев, работы стартовали вчера. На данный момент толщина льда составляет от 10 до 30 сантиметров.
Открытие переправы ориентировочно планируется в 20-х числах декабря, однако сроки будут зависеть от погодных условий
