На дороге «Иркутск — Усть-Ордынский — Жигалово» с 48 по 65 километр (от деревни Жердовка Иркутского района до поселка Усть-Ордынский) запретили движение большегрузов и автобусов. Это связано с обледенением проезжей части.
Водителей просят соблюдать правила дорожного движения, держать безопасную дистанцию, не совершать опасных маневров. Также инспекторы советуют по возможности отказаться от поездок в указанном направлении.

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
