Начали с ознакомительного созвона: Никита определил мой уровень знаний, рассказал как будет выглядеть обучение. Формат обучения: разделение на блоки теории (Java Core, Collections, Multithreading и далее по списку), к каждому блоку прилагается список вопросов с собеседований, по моей готовности созванивались с Никитой и он опрашивал меня по каждому блоку.
Так же помимо теории я писал пет-проект по ТЗ, составленному Никитой. Проект охватывал необходимые для работы технологии (Spring Boot, Docker, написание REST API, работа с базой, Kafka и т.д.)
В ноябре был проведен финальный полноценный мок-собес по всему материалу, включая блок про рабочий опыт. Затем Никита помог составить резюме и подготовить легенду, и я пошел покорять рынок.
10 тех. собеседований, 3 офера: 300к, 250к, 250к. Принял больший

Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 230 points, or 0.7%. Meanwhile, the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq Composite dropped 1.3% and 2.2%, respectively. All three indexes began the day with gains before selling off.
