В целом брачный договор это правильно и хорошо, но это тема для другого поста. А сейчас я просто хотел сказать, что нет ничего нелепее, чем срывать сроки сделки потому что «жена сможет сходить к нотариусу только на следующей неделе». А нет, есть — если жена говорит что ОНА НЕ СОГЛАСНА.
PS: Но если женитесь по расчету на богатой успешной предпринимательнице, то можете и без брачного договора!
