В ноябре мэрия Екатеринбурга объявила аукцион на покупку двух трамваев суммарно на 258 млн рублей. Из них один односекционный стоимостью в 83,8 млн рублей (выиграла «ПК Транспортные системы», выпускает трамваи «Львенок»), другой трехсекционный (174,6 млн рублей, Усть-Катавский вагоностроительный завод, выпускает трамваи «Кастор»).
С 31 августа 2022 года трамваи «Львенок» курсируют по линии между Екатеринбургом и Верхней Пышмой.
