В отношении последнего возбуждено дело о даче взятки (ч. 5 ст. 291 УК), он также арестован. Расследованием уголовного дела занимается Главное следственное управление СКР, обоим предъявлены обвинения. Журавлев и Евдокименко признали свою вину.

Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. The Dow posted a fifth straight weekly loss — its longest losing streak since 2019. The Nasdaq Composite tumbled 2.2% to 12,843.81. Though all three indexes opened in the green, stocks took a turn after a new report showed U.S. consumer sentiment deteriorated more than expected in early March as consumers' inflation expectations soared to the highest since 1981.
