Прилетевшая авиарейсом из Таиланда жительница Барнаула проходила досмотр в аэропорту. В процессе таможенники обнаружили у нее в багаже металлическую телескопическую дубинку.

Туристка объяснила, что привезла предмет из-за границы в качестве сувенира, сообщает пресс-служба Алтайской таможни. А о том, что его можно отнести к оружию, якобы не догадывалась.

Находку изъяли и отправили на экспертизу, подтвердившую ее принадлежность к холодному оружию ударно-дробящего действия. Ввоз Россию и оборот на ее территории таких товаров запрещен.

В отношении женщины возбудили дело об административном правонарушении по ст. 16.3 КоАП РФ (несоблюдение запретов и ограничений).

That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals.
