В январе – октябре 2024 г. в Республике Марий Эл введено жилья на 9,7% меньше, чем в январе – октябре 2023 г., сообщает Маристат. Стоит отметить, что в объемы жилищного строительства в прошлом году были рекордно высокими.
За первые десять месяцев этого года всего построено и сдано в эксплуатацию (включая дома, построенные населением) 383,4 тыс. кв. м. жилых помещений. Из них населением построено 258,4 тыс. кв. м или 67,4% от общего объема введенного жилья в республике.
