После публикации СМИ КерчьИНФО о застопорившемся ремонте на автовокзале, подрядчик активизировался. Но кто же получит 9 800 000 рублей от города за этот ремонт?
Глава городской администрации Олег КАТОРГИН актуализировал информацию по работам на автовокзале. Оказалось, что сумма ремонта - почти 10 миллионов рублей, которую с огромным трудом удалось изыскать в бюджете.
А лучшим подрядчиком, который сможет освоить эту сумму в срок и с требуемым качеством, стал индивидуальный предприниматель Михаил Марченко.
Каторгин снова пообещал керчанам, что ремонт будет сделан до конца года. Правда, сделал небольшую сноску "при условии, что погода не внесет свои коррективы".
Почему же подрядчик целый месяц толок воду в ступе, вместо активных работ в ноябре?

Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War."
