Многофункциональный комплекс на Сокольническому Валу.

Жилой комплекс включает в себя две жилые башни высотой 41 и 49 этажей, объединённые двухуровневым стилобатом.

Особенность проекта заключается в формообразовании: основание первой башни выполнено в форме круга, завершение – в форме квадрата, итоговый объём сформирован плавным объединением двух фигур на уровне 10 этажа. Верх второй башни поворачивается относительно основания, формируя изящную спираль.

В вечернее и ночное время композицию подчеркнёт специально разработанная архитектурная подсветка.
