Как сообщил губернатор Мурманской области Андрей Чибис, организация отдыха планируется для 17 тыс детей в возрасте от 6 до 17 лет. 6,5 тыс из них смогут отдохнуть на море в Краснодарском крае. Ко всему прочему, по муниципальным путёвкам и при помощи крупных предприятий на море отправятся ещё 1000 детей из региона.
Право бесплатного отдыха также получат дети из семей, которые потеряли кормильца. В СМИ отмечают, что в Заполярье будут работать 72 лагеря дневного пребывания. В них смогут отдохнуть около 10 тыс детей.

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. "We as Ukrainians believe that the truth is on our side, whether it's truth that you're proclaiming about the war and everything else, why would you want to hide it?," he said. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences.
