Консерваторы-скрепники, включая казённых, при этом антикоммунисты, говорят о том, что восточные немцы получили прививку от коммунизма и поэтому процветающий в "старой" Европе либерализм, который они называют неомарксизмом (а часто и просто коммунизмом) вызывает у них отторжение.
В то время как либералы, при этом тоже антикоммунисты, говорят о том, что восточные немцы заражены тоталитаризмом, и именно поэтому они голосуют за фашистов (потому что фашисты - это у них все, кто против Повесточки или аллахакбаров).
