Елизавета Лихачева, возглавлявшая Государственный музей изобразительных искусств им. А. С. Пушкина с марта 2023 года, оставляет этот пост. Официальное представление нового директора коллективу музея состоится 17 января.
Ольга Галактионова училась на факультете истории искусств Российской академии живописи, ваяния и зодчества Ильи Глазунова (1994–1995), а затем в 1995–1999 годах — на режиссерском факультете Российской академии театрального искусства (ГИТИС).
Участвовала в качестве автора, продюсера и менеджера в многочисленных культурных проектах. В 2009 году возглавила компанию «Галактика», занимающуюся организацией театральных фестивалей и кинопроизводством. В июле 2021 года была назначена генеральным директором РОСИЗО.

But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. "Like the bombing of the maternity ward in Mariupol," he said, "Even before it hits the news, you see the videos on the Telegram channels." The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels.
