В числе арестованных — чемпион мира по тхэквондо и замкомандира взвода «Ахмат-1» Умар Чичаев, Мансур и Магомед Исаевы (по словам Магомеда, раньше он работал в МВД), Эскерхан Дадаев, Абубакар Висаргов, Ахмед Мегомедхалилов, Дмитрий Селиверстов, Ломбек Дениев.
Когда Магомедхалилова выводили из зала суда, он сказал журналистам: «Wildberries не пользуйтесь, Ozon пользуйтесь!»
Адвокат Дениева заявил, что его подзащитному «не повезло родиться с внешними данными кавказца». «Избрали меру пресечения по принципу: „Ты виноват лишь потому, что хочется мне кушать“», — заявил он.
На данный момент известно о 26 арестованных по делу.
Материалы в отношении Владислава Бакальчука в суд пока не поступили, при этом у него в доме закончились обыски, «в ходе следственных действий по месту жительства Бакальчука изъяты предметы, представляющие интерес для следствия»
