Когда мы говорим о преобразовании промышленных объектов в арт-пространства, чаще всего представляем это в крупных городах. Но тенденция эта дотянулась и до Тулы. Здесь появился арт-квартал Likёrka Loft - культурный и торговый центр, занимающий бывший ликёрно-водочный завод.

Likёrka Loft сочетает в себе элементы lifestyle-центра и арт-кластера с пространствами для творчества и шопинга. Сегодня он привлекает внимание общественности, но ему нужна четкая концепция развития и сотрудничества между арендаторами и участниками проекта. На мой взгляд, кальянные пока явно побеждают творческие мастерские.

Но место все равно интересное, в лучших традициях московских пространств Армы и Винозавода.

Тут же еще стоит очередной необычный тульский памятник. Как левша подковывает блоху в стиле стимпанк. Рядом открыли сувенирную лавку-выставку с очень нестандартными экспонатами.

Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read." At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup.
