За памятником Чайковскому на Советской площади находится Собор Живоначальной Троицы (1802-1836гг).

В советское время был переоборудован под общежитие ПТУ, после войны - стала домом культуры.

Как нам говорили на лекциях по реставрации: «Кто мы такие, чтобы решать, что сохранить, а от чего избавиться? Любая деталь - это отражение исторического периода.»

Поэтому выбитые на фасаде буквы - особо ценная деталь. Надеемся, что после текущих ремонтных работ мы всё ещё сможем их наблюдать, и, быть может, лишний раз задуматься.

Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford. Either way, Durov says that he withdrew his resignation but that he was ousted from his company anyway. Subsequently, control of the company was reportedly handed to oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Igor Sechin, both allegedly close associates of Russian leader Vladimir Putin. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion.
