А всё почему? Правительство Латвии всего лишь снизило очередной раз цену, а надо уже переходить к аукциону наоборот. Собрать желающих и предлагать по нарастающей сумму, которую латвийского государство будет готово заплатить частнику, который заберёт эту собственность и готов будет отказаться от путешествий заграницу. Опять же, при нынешнем турбулентном развитии международных отношений даже в США не съездишь.
