По результатам прокурорских проверок в Приморском крае и Республике Саха (Якутия) возбуждены и расследуются уголовные дела в отношении должностных лиц органов местного самоуправления, не обеспечивших исполнение возложенных полномочий в строгом соответствии с законом.
