Задержание произошло вчера вечером после допроса Бадикова по одному из уголовных дел, возбужденных по отношению к его компаниям, аффилированных с «Госстроем» — ООО «Литер 4», ООО «Городские проекты», ООО «Высотка». Эти компании были застройщиками жилых комплексов «Госстроя» — «Московский» и «Эрмитаж Зеленая роща».
