Гаванский форум "За равновесие мира" завершился. По сравнению с прошлым разом два года назад было больше выступлений, в том числе на пленарной сессии, где говорили о многополярности. А секретарь TCP-ALBA ещё и упомянул Путина в этом контексте. Явно, что через Кубу и Венесуэлу мы можем более активно работать с регионом и весь потенциал до сих пор не использован. А после заявлений Трампа вообще будет легче здесь взаимодействовать. Панама и так достаточно провашингтонскую позицию занимала, но, оказывается, это не предел для янки. В общем, окно возможностей сейчас здесь достаточно широкое. #куба #многополярность @kyber_net

Despite Telegram's origins, its approach to users' security has privacy advocates worried. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels. "We're seeing really dramatic moves, and it's all really tied to Ukraine right now, and in a secondary way, in terms of interest rates," Octavio Marenzi, CEO of Opimas, told Yahoo Finance Live on Thursday.
