📍Друзья, всё серьезно. Минфин уже рапортует, что подготовит изменения в правилах выдачи семейной ипотеки. Теперь семейка будет безлимитной, т.е. как я понимаю, деньги на эту программу будут и будут всегда.
Ну что же, можно передать горячий привет СБЕР-у и остальным банкам, которые неплохо устроились и гребут лопатой комиссию за выдачу семейки, якобы из-за лимитов.
Ну а комиссию, мы же понимаем, кто платит. А платит её не застройщик, платит её покупатель, ибо она зашита в стоимость квартиры. И честно говоря, последнее время, меня все эти комиссии жутко злят. The Bureau of Labor Statistics' February Consumer Price Index (CPI) this week showed another surge in prices even before Russia escalated its attacks in Ukraine. The headline CPI — soaring 7.9% over last year — underscored the sticky inflationary pressures reverberating across the U.S. economy, with everything from groceries to rents and airline fares getting more expensive for everyday consumers. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. Multiple pro-Kremlin media figures circulated the post's false claims, including prominent Russian journalist Vladimir Soloviev and the state-controlled Russian outlet RT, according to the DFR Lab's report.
