⚖Арбитражный суд Тамбовской области возвратил исковое заявление ПАО «Россети Центр» (в лице филиала «Тамбовэнерго»), в котором оспаривалась законность концессионного соглашения от 27.04.2024 г. с АО «ОРЭС-Тамбов» и администрацией города Тамбова.
Истец отозвал свое исковое заявление письмом, поданным до принятия судом заявления к производству, что соответствует пункту 3 части 1 статьи 129 АПК РФ.
Напомним, весной 2024 года депутаты приняли решение передать электросетевое хозяйство Тамбова в концессию АО «ОРЭС-Тамбов» без проведения конкурса.

These administrators had built substantial positions in these scrips prior to the circulation of recommendations and offloaded their positions subsequent to rise in price of these scrips, making significant profits at the expense of unsuspecting investors, Sebi noted.
