Extinción de la autorización de residencia temporal там исключили подпункт e. Этот пункт гласил, что ВНЖ может быть отменен в случае отсутствия на территории Испании более шести месяцев в течение одного года.
что это означает? 1. ПМЖ получить будет проще, но пункт про что нельзя отсуствовать более 300 дней за 5 лет никто не отменял 2. получив раз внж и став налрезом, то это не означает что перестанешь быть налоговым резидентом пробыв 183 дня вне испании и останешься должен уплачивать налоги со всего мирового дохода
Upd1: ст 148 п 2, правило 6 месяев подряд для пмж там и никуда не делось
