Я считаю, что московские власти не уделяют должного внимания защите граждан. Чиновники должны осознать, что в настоящее время происходят серьёзные геополитические процессы, и всем нам необходимо перестроить нашу жизнь с учётом мировых событий.
На мой взгляд, в условиях текущей ситуации неправильно проводить праздники и фестивали, такие как «Времена и эпохи».
Руководство города должно сосредоточить все усилия на обеспечении безопасности москвичей, в частности, привести в порядок бомбоубежища и разъяснить жителям необходимость сплочения в вопросах бдительности.

Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. Overall, extreme levels of fear in the market seems to have morphed into something more resembling concern.
