(380 и 430 кажется площади квартир там на каждом этаже, за исключением первого где огромное лобби и последнего, где расположен Пент с 6-ю дровяными каминами), так вот, каждая квартирушка в этом ЖК на осень 2021-го, стОила по $ 15 млн., какая же была итоговая цена этой сделки с репером сейчас - ХЗ) 😎
