Для меня фраза "недоволен работой югорской прокуратуры из-за сниженного числа выявленных преступлений в сфере коррупции" звучит довольно странно. Я бы вопрос задал немного по-другому, почему в регионе в принципе так много мелкого взяточничества и тд., что благодаря нему можно выполнять "план"? Или как говорила Королева Севера: "Там все в доле"?)
