Занимая должность с 10 мая, он так и не уволил зампреда областного правительства по социалке Валерия Емеца. И это вдвойне удивительно.
Во-первых, анализ общественного мнения показывает, что ставленник экс-губернатора Игоря Грекова, выпускник Львовского военного училища Емец входит в пятерку самых токсичных рязанских чиновников.
Не знаем, что должно произойти для того, чтобы и в рейтинге замгубернаторов по соцсфере за июль осталась эта же фамилия. Скорее всего, к тому времени заместитель губернатора будет уже другой. Но выйти из вечных аутсайдеров Рязанской области быстро не получится. Слишком долго ее туда загоняли.
