Не сумев достать застрявшую собаку, очевидцы обратились за помощью к чрезвычайному ведомству. Спасатель поисково-спасательного отряда МЧС России Александр Плеснев залез в трубу и вытащил бедолагу.
Все отверстия в трубе спасатели закрыли, чтоб не случилось беды.
