В текущем году в Марий Эл запланировано проведение капитального ремонта в 81 многоквартирном доме.
В 2023 году капремонт состоялся в 71 доме, в 2024-м – в 105. В планах на 2025 год еще 81 здание.
Планируется обновить 89 внутридомовых инженерных систем, привести в порядок 63 крыши, три подвала, два десятка фасадов и 27 лифтов.
Работы ведутся не только в теплое время года. В числе уже сданных объектов – дом в Козьмодемьянске. В Килемарах тоже завершается ремонт многоквартирного дома, сообщает республиканский минстрой и ЖКХ.

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
