Итак, новая ч. 4.1 ст. 14.3 КоАП: ➡️нарушение требований к рекламе, распространяемой через сети электросвязи, — штраф: — гражданам от 10 тыс. до 20 тыс. руб.; — должностным лицам от 20 тыс. до 100 тыс. руб.; — юридическим лицам от 300 тыс. до 1 млн руб.
И новая редакция ч. 6 ст. 14.3 КоАП: ➡️реклама, с нарушением требований ч. 3 ст. 28 Закона о рекламе (это без указания диапазона ПСК) для кредитных и микрофинансовых организаций: — должностные лица от 40 тыс. до 100 тыс. руб.; — юридические лица от 600 тыс. до 1,6 млн руб.
