اگر دیدگاه اول را دیدگاه غیر مدنی و جنگلی بدانیم ، باید پذیرفت که در جامعه مدنی ، داشتن قدرت و اختیارات مساوی با داشتن مسئولیت است ، خصوصا که این اختیارات از جانب مردم تفویض شده باشد که لزوم مسئولیت پذیری و پاسخگویی به مردم مسلم تر میشود .( مشروعیت بخشی مردم به حکومت چنان امر مسلمی ست که بسته ترین حکومتها یکسره تبلیغ مقبولیت در بین مردم را انجام میدهند.) حال اگر کسی بهر نحو منکر مسئولیتش در قبال اختیارات شود دچار این #مغالطه شده . تبعا مسئولیت باید متناسب با اختیارات باشد.

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. WhatsApp, a rival messaging platform, introduced some measures to counter disinformation when Covid-19 was first sweeping the world. Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market.
