On February 15, the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Armenia Suren Papikyan met with the Minister of National Defence of the Republic of Lithuania Dovilė Šakalienė.
The Ministers reviewed the progress of bilateral cooperation and identified new areas for cooperation.
Both parties reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening cooperation bilaterally and within NATO and EU formats. ___

Министры обсудили ход двустороннего сотрудничества, наметили новые направления взаимодействия.
Стороны выразили готовность к продолжению тесного сотрудничества как на двусторонней, так и на многосторонней основе в форматах НАТО и ЕС.

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market. This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp. Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation.
