🇦🇲🇨🇾 ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանը փետրվարի 15-ին հանդիպել է Կիպրոսի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության նախարար Վասիլիս Պալմասի հետ։
Զրուցակիցները քննարկել են պաշտպանության բնագավառում բոլոր ուղղություններով գործակցության ընթացքը և գոհունակություն հայտնել համագործակցության ներկա մակարդակի վերաբերյալ։
Հանդիպման ժամանակ ամփոփվել են Հայաստան-Կիպրոս համագործակցության շրջանակում կատարված աշխատանքները և 2024 թվականի սեպտեմբերին Վասիլիս Պալմասի՝ ՀՀ կատարած այցի ժամանակ ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունների իրականացման ընթացքը։
Սուրեն Պապիկյանը և Վասիլիս Պալմասն անդրադարձել են նաև Հայաստան-Հունաստան-Կիպրոս եռակողմ ձևաչափով համագործակցությանը։ ___
On February 15, the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Armenia Suren Papikyan met with the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Cyprus Vasilis Palmas.
The ministers reviewed the progress of cooperation in all areas of the defence sector and expressed satisfaction with the current level of partnership.
During the meeting, they assessed the work carried out within the framework of Armenia-Cyprus defence cooperation and discussed the implementation of agreements reached during Vasilis Palmas’ visit to the RA in September 2024.
Suren Papikyan and Vasilis Palmas also addressed the trilateral cooperation between Armenia, Greece, and Cyprus. ___
Министр обороны Армении Сурен Папикян 15 февраля встретился с министром обороны Республики Кипр Василисом Пальмасом.
Собеседники обсудили ход сотрудничества по всем направлениям в сфере обороны и выразили удовлетворение нынешним уровнем сотрудничества.
В ходе встречи были подведены итоги работы, проделанной в рамках сотрудничества Армения-Кипр, и процесс реализации договоренностей, достигнутых во время визита Василиса Пальмаса в Армению в сентябре 2024 года.
Сурен Папикян и Василис Пальмас затронули также тему трехстороннего сотрудничества Армения-Греция-Кипр.

"A spike in inflation rates has preceded economic recessions historically and this time prices have soared to levels that once again pose a threat to growth." At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts.
