Такие данные по итогам 2024 года озвучила омбудсмен Татьяна Москалькова.
«В целом в прошлом году к нам поступило 120 тыс. обращений — на треть больше, чем в предыдущем. Нашу поддержку в защите прав получили 104 тыс. граждан. По результатам проверок, проведенных по нашей инициативе органами надзора и контроля, отменены 784 незаконных решения госорганов и должностных лиц, 278 чиновников были привлечены к ответственности», — сказала Москалькова, выступая в Государственной думе.
В ответ спикер Госдумы Вячеслав Володин предложил омбудсмену объединить усилия с депутатами в таких вопросах, как «нагрузка на детей в школах, оказание медицинской помощи, вопросы в сфере ЖКХ».
