Открытие подобного учреждения стало одним из первых по стране в системе социальной защиты. В центре есть 60 стационарных мест с круглосуточным пребыванием и 40 – для дневного посещения. Номерной фонд состоит из одно- и двухместных номеров, в том числе и для маломобильных граждан.
