20 декабря. /ТАСС/. Входы высокоскоростной железнодорожной магистрали (ВСМ) Москва - Адлер в Махачкалу и Грозный могут быть реализованы после создания первой в России ВСМ Москва - Санкт-Петербург. Об этом сообщил журналистам глава Минтранса РФ Роман Старовойт.
"У нас задача стоит, прежде всего, Москва - Санкт-Петербург реализовать. и мы работаем в этом направлении, а дальше, конечно же, пилотный проект будет масштабироваться", - сказал он, отвечая на вопрос о позиции министерства по этому вопросу.
Старовойт отметил, что пока Минтранс РФ реализует первый этап.
Президент России Владимир Путин на совмещенной прямой линии и пресс-конференции 19 декабря заявил, что считает хорошей идеей на следующем этапе включить Грозный и Махачкалу в ВСМ Москва - Адлер.

Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted.
