Десять человек пришлось госпитализировать, включая двух детей — 13 и 15 лет. Остальным удалось оказать помощь сразу и отпустить домой. Все они покупали шаурму в киоске SHAURMA COSMOS города Кунгур.

Трудолюбивому предпринимателю Шухрату грозит два года колонии по ч. 1 с. 238 УК РФ «Оказание услуг, не отвечающих требованиям безопасности».
