Суд в столице продлил меру пресечения начальнику отдела по крупным потребителям Махачкалинских электрических сетей, директору ООО "Энергия плюс", начальнику в филиале ПАО "Россети Северный Кавказ", заместителю директора ООО "Севкавгеология"

Постановлением Мещанского районного суда города Москвы удовлетворено ходатайство органов предварительного расследования о продлении срока содержания под стражей в отношении:
Мухамадова Басира Мухамадовича,
Идрисова Лемы Умаровича,
Омарова Курбана Шахбановича,
Султанова Гаджи Дагировича,
обвиняемых в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч. 4 ст. 159 УК РФ (мошенничество).

Фигурантам по делу продлена срок содержания под стражей на 01 месяц 25 суток, Омарову К.Ш. - на 02 месяца 17 суток.
