Как-то вот понравился мне дом, видимо за его конструктивистские нотки. А ещё здание создаёт у меня ощущение, что оно построено где-то в Екатеринбурге 🙂.

Конструктивистский тон задаёт именно первый первый этаж и штукатурка на фасаде — для Москвы "мокрый" фасад почему-то редкость. Портят тут картину корзины для кондеев, без них было бы другое восприятие.

Про двор особо говорить нечего, очень простенький. Понравились только жёлтые урны. Сами урны дешманские, но цвет классный.
