🙌 Мероприятие объединило 23 человека в возрасте от 12 лет и старше. Среди них – постоянные участники и новички, включая кадетов станицы Беловодской.
💪Для мужчин были организованы силовые упражнения – швунг гири, жим лежа и упражнения на плечи. Для женщин – скакалка, пресс и подъем снарядов.
▫️«Муромская дорожка» проводится уже около семи лет, и в этот раз, несмотря на зимнюю прохладу, участники зарядились бодростью, а победители получили ценные призы.
