🔴На завтрак я готовила так- обжарила размороженную вишню с миндалем и сиропом топинамбура) Перед подачей в тарелке залила кокосовым молоком, чтобы было сочно. Наедаешься скромной порцией! Глеб съел 50% порции)
🧡Ещё киноа классно добавлять в салаты со с/с форелькой или креветками и авокадо) Был у меня тут такой салат. (тык на ссылку) Туда можно и киноа досыпать!
🧡Киноа можно вкусно потушить с овощами, как я делала Глебу с начала прикорма.

The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app. Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers.
