Нужно: 100 гр отварного батата 100 гр яблочного пюре 200 гр муки (у меня пшеничная + рисовая 50/50) 1/2 ч л разрыхлителя 50 гр сливочного масла
Готовим: 🧡Батат отварить и размять вилкой 🧡Добавить яблочное пюре и растопленное масло 🧡Муку с разрыхлителем просеять Замешать тесто. Раскатать ~0,5 см 🧡Вырезать формочкой печенье и отправить в духовку, разогретую до 180 градусов на 10 минут. Или на 13 мин - чтобы были как крекеры) Я люблю крекеры 😄
