🗓️Сегодня, 27 ноября, в нашем центре почетный донор Донецкой Народной Республики совершил свою 360-ю донацию крови и её компонентов. Военный оператор Павел Чуприна уже 20 лет спасает жизни людей, сдавая кровь и помогая тем, кто в этом остро нуждается.
– Когда я жил в Мариуполе и был студентом, к нам приезжала бригада с местной станции переливания крови. На стенде нашей кафедры было объявление о наборе первичных доноров. Помню, как внутри меня что-то ёкнуло: «А вдруг это моё!» Я тогда вообще ничего не знал о донорстве. Второй раз я уже шёл осознанно и постепенно втянулся. Про каждую свою донацию я пишу посты в социальных сетях и веду сообщество «Доноры Донбасса». Стараюсь, чтобы тема донорства оставалась в информационном поле.

Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events." Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. "We as Ukrainians believe that the truth is on our side, whether it's truth that you're proclaiming about the war and everything else, why would you want to hide it?," he said. Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips.
