Более 200 раввинов- хабадников живут на территории нашей страны, начиная с 90х годов. Эксперты говорят о том, что Хабад проповедует идеи расового превосходства евреев над другими народами планеты. Согласно идеологии Хабада, изложенной в книге «Тания », следует, что только 600 тысяч чистокровных евреев обладают божественными душами. Все же другие народы мира по их учению обладают низшей нечистой «животной» душой.
